=== Personality Notes ===
Asa is a traveler and a wanderer, and is on the curious side. He prefers never to stay in one place for more than a month – a season at most – and is already getting itchy in Calrushan Wood. He has a very task-oriented nature, and looks at life as a series of missions, and judges himself on how well he has performed his latest mission. He is also slightly overconfident.

=== Biography ===
Born in Sijan to a courtesan of the funeral city (hence his name), Asa grew up surrounded by the eerie rituals and procedures of that necropolis. His exaltation proved fortuitous for his wandering soul; trained by another outcaste, he spent his adolescence abroad. Eventually, he and his mentor parted ways, and he gradually worked his way east along the Yellow River. In time, he found himself acting as a messenger and mercenary for the Guild, always on a freelance basis, and always on the condition that his jobs involve travel. It was in these travels that he came to Calrushan Wood. He's stayed in the general area, between the forest, the Yellow River, and the Rock River, for the last three years, and in that time has gained a passing familiarity with most of it. He came to the tournament out of curiousity, and stayed because he knows which way the wind is blowing.

=== Primary Aptitudes ===
Combat: Good. Asa is a skilled unarmed and ranged combatant, though his melee skills are poor. He is at his best on a mount, where he can fight in his preferred hit-and-run style. 
Diplomacy: Poor. Asa is, at best, average in the social arena, and does not have the skills to take advantage of his better than average looks. This could be the cause or the effect of his preferred, solitary lifestyle. 
Espionage: Average. Though intelligent, Asa is not cut out for spying. On the other hand, he's a good scout, so long as stealth is not a critical factor. 
Leadership: Average. Asa is not inspiring nor skilled in the tools of leadership. 
Magic: Average. Asa is intelligent, but his Essence is average and he has little knowledge of lore. He is a competent physician.

Loyalty Estimate: Average. The greatest crack in Asa's loyalty to the Circle is his wanderlust; it may eventually lead him to leave in search of new horizons. He is loyal primarily because he thinks it's in his best interest to stay in the Circle's good graces, and he's curious to see what will happen next.
