The Shining Path has many special abilities beyond a normal artifact weapon. Emblazed with the holiest images of the Unconquered Sun and the Solar Host. Only the most pious of warriors can use the weapon. They must have a total number of virtue dots equaling at least 13. If they do not meet that requirement they find that they cannont even commit motes of essence to the weapon. Ezra was a pious warrior and would not suffer impurity in wielding her weapon. And there for it works only in the hands of a Solar Exalted. If an Infernal or Abyssal tries to attune to the artifact they are burned horribly as if an essence 5 zenith had just struck them with the weapons primary power<br />
<br />
The primary power of the weapon is the ability for the axes head to throw crescent shape disks of essence made of sunlight at the enemy its range is (essence x2) x10 yards. It follows the same rules as a Zeniths anima effect. If a Zenith is wielding the artifact the amount of damage against a Creature of Darkness the overwhelming damage will be essence x3. Any foe killed by this weapon has their soul sent into Lethe and their body is turned to ash.<br />
