Cities and Towns:
- Doa Shao, the second largest city of the Principality. A temple city devoted to the Incarna and other important gods that helped the Principality. The central palace is the temple to the Unconquered Sun. Surrounding it are temples to the other incarna. Laid out in geomantic circles and spirals are the other temples. Former capitol of the Sao Territory that belonged to the circles Zenith Caste.

• Highest Dragon-Blooded office: Cardinal of the Elemental Seat

:- Sick and dying brought to the city from surrounding towns. All dying in mass almost at the same time. 
:- Han-Tha's new sanctum lay in the ruined central square. A bone tower held together with blood infused cement stands. Its arch leads into the sanctum. Otherwise entering it normall revealing only a pit filled with blood.

- Ember's Heart, a village south east of the Field of Crystal. Harvests and purifies firedust for use in weapons and other equipment.

- Heart's Rest, a pleasure city for the mortal inhabitants. Any mortal desire can be fulfilled in the city. Domes of crystal with walls of adamant protect the glades and orchards. Specially maintained buildings to create healing and calming essence flows. Trained courtesans ease any trouble the mortals my have from sexual to simple conversation. All working citizens are allowed 2 free weeks a year of rest in the city.
