=== Description ===
Chesu stands well over 6 feet, a massive, thickly muscled man with a close-cut beard and sharp nose. His eyes burn with greasy light, as though filmed with blood. Some who know him claim that his family's losses against the Bull of the North sparked his terrible bloodlust - those who know him well, however, whisper quietly among themselves that he at last has an excuse to behave as he has always wanted to. He acknowledges Sharlu as leader of the Hunt for two reasons only: first, she has proved that she can kill him if she chooses; second, whenever she calls out the Hunt, battle follows soon thereafter, and he lives for nothing else.

:If he notices an enemy employing a persistant defense (which may require a Perception + Occult roll at the ST's option), he will make a single attack on them at his full pool using Essence-Dousing Wave Attack, 8m+1WP (E:DB, pg 259) in an attempt to shut it down.
:He has a fairly high Essence pool, so will use his Charms opportunistically, including refilling his pool with Theft-of-Essence Method, 4m+1WP (E:DB, pg 257) on any convenient successful attacks.
;Typical Defense:Chesu relies almost exclusively on his high soak, which he can make higher through Water Dragon Form. If he sees a Combo coming his way, though, he will activate Bottomless Depths Defense, 6m+1WP (E:PG, pg 208).
;Other Notes:Chesu is quite fond of showing off his anima banner, and he quite enjoys the incidental damage his anima flux causes. Therefore, he spends Essence preferentially from his Peripheral Pool while on the Hunt.
:The modifications to Chesu's Accuracy and Defense above take into account his Martial Arts specialty, which is activated by definition when he assumes the Water Dragon Form.
