= The Blood of Kerenski =
Over three thousand years ago, in the high first age, there lived a mighty sorcerer and artificer. He was Kerenski, prideful, brilliant, and full of ideas that were dangerous and heretical even in that age of madness and power. Tired of the ways of his less "visionary" brethren, he decided upon an ambitious and dangerous course. he built seven great reality engines on the edge of creation. he gathered together his most loyal followers both dragon blooded and mortal, and on one fateful calibration he broke his section of creation away and set it adrift deep into the Wyld. from that day forward no one in all of creation heard from him again, and it was thought he and all of his followers were lost to the ravages of the Wyld. then came the usurpation, the contagion, and the fair folk invasion. all records of this mad solar and his strange expedition, only the oldest of the sidereals recalled him at all.

in the years that followed his departure, Kerenski was beset upon by many forces of the Wyld. he devised many new methods to hold the Wyld at bay. once that was taken care of he began his great experiments. forging new forms of life, both automated and biological. as the years wore on the lands he kept grew populous and well trained in the many arts and skills he sought to build using his eugenics programs. also his madness, which was known well before he broke away from creation, grew to titanic proportions. now that his experiments are completed to his satisfaction he believes it is time to return to creation. however his paranoia and distrust of other solars and their lunar mates has grown, and so he sends forth a scouting party of his most trusted Dragonblooded and godblooded soldiers, to scout out the lay of the land. to see where his enemies lie, and what new challenges await.
