These Charms use the Unified Project Methodology and Crunchy Merit Methodology rules. Unlike previous trees in Graceful Charm Methodology, I have reworked these significantly. This is in order to adhere to their flavour text, but (hopefully!) provide a broad and useful spread of powers.
