=== Character Description ===
At some point Silas will get around to writing his background up for me (in his defense, he has written it for me once already, but his computer exploded before he could send it to me), but until then:

Silas's mother was a prostitute and he grew up in a brothel in Nexus. His mother died at some point in his life, from syphilis, or Dragon-Blooded, or something like that. Silas decided to start sticking knives in people because he liked the sound it made (spludge) and he actually got quite good at it, so people started paying him. One day, he was given a contract to kill the daughter of some poncey DB bloke and steal her locket. Silas didn't like the idea of stealing things, because he wasn't very good at it, but he did it anyway. When he met his contact in an inn to hand over the locket after the job was done, he got jumped on by a bunch of guards (it turned out his contact was actually looking for a promotion within his House, and had set Silas up so that he could 'catch' the murderer). Then the room went all glowey as Silas Exalted, he chopped the guards into iddy-biddy bits, so that the innkeeper could make stew from them, then ran away.

Silas has been sleeping his way around Nexus ever since.

There, that should hurry up his writing process somewhat...

As a point, we're using Merits and Flaws (though I'm only putting up canon versions of the characters for now), and Silas has the Plague of Minstrels flaw - Silas, you should consider this part of your flaw and not throw things at me next time you see me ;-)

Silas has just found this and started throwing things at me, so I thought I should probably make some amendments to the background:

- Silas has not been sleeping his way around Nexus, because he can't be sure whether one of the inhabitants is his father or not. :P
