Please note that the vast majority of Rathess Dragon Kings are Raptok, with scatterings of the other breeds.<br /> <br /> NATURE: Choose any from the corebook.<br /> <br /> ATTRIBUTES: Primary 7, Secondary 6, Tertiary 4.<br /> <br /> ABILITIES: Dragon Kings choose 3 Favoured Abilities, and note down their three Breed Abilities. Dragon Kings begin play with 30 Ability Points; at least 10 points must be spread around Favoured and Breed Abilities. All Dragon Kings must have one combat ability at 3 and another at 2, as well as Lore 2 and Occult 2.<br /> <br /> BACKGROUNDS: Dragon Kings get 7 points of Backgrounds, as normal.<br /> <br /> Dragon Kings choose their Backgrounds from the following Steel and Glass list: Allies, Artifact, Backing, Celestial Manse*, Contacts, Familiars, Followers, Henchmen, Library, Influence, Manse, Mentor, Reputation, Resources, Salary*, Spies.<br /> <br /> Characters with either Celestial Manse or Salary must have Backing (Yu Shan) 2, and be members of the Celestial Buerocracy.<br /> <br /> Dragon Kings have full and easy access to minor artifacts. No Virtue except Valor may be purchased above 3; Valor may be purchased up to 4.<br /> <br /> PATHS: Choose one Favoured Path and record the two Breed Paths; Dragon Kings begin play with seven dots of Paths, four of which must be in Breed or Favoured Paths.
