=== Hadren Marell ===

Captain of the Third Branch of the Northern Divison of the Arbiters Of Fate, Dragon of the Sky

Description: Captain Hadren is fairly tall and thin, and is wearing finely crafted jade armour, but he doesn't have any aspect markings that are readily apparant. He frequently holds a reaver daiklave that looks as though it was forged of iron and white jade, with patterns running down its hilt, matching those that adorn his armour; symbols of the constellations in strange groups. His black hair is tied back tightly to keep hair from his eyes.

Position: A high-ranking member of the Arbiters of Fate, tasked with guarding against the Northern Wyld in his region.

Personality: Marell seems to enjoy jumping to conclusions, but is an apparantly ardent defender of Creation and enemy of the fae.

Daimyo of Mela's Bounty 

Description: A large man, Yukong keeps in fit military shape despite his advanced age. A Fire-Aspected officer, he keeps his hair short and his beard tightly trimmed, and demands impeccable dress at all times. His daiklave is strapped to his back whenever he makes a public appearance.

Position: Lord of Mela's Bounty and ruler of the surrounding area.

Personality: A strident supporters of the Immaculate Faith, Yukong is also fairly reclusive, rarely appearing before his people. He spends much of his time either communing with the Dragons, studying religious texts, or in private conference with his Council - many of his laws are passed entirely through them. He dislikes the Arbiters, considering them demons in a new form.

=== Lord Halvir ===

Dragonlord of Jaden's Rest

Description: A middle-aged man with dark brown hair and pale skin, he has clear Breeding-marks in the blue tint to his skin and nails, and the faint smell of ocean spray surrounds him. He wears light blue-jade armor with Immaculate markings.

Position: Lord of Jaden's Rest and a member of Yukong's Council, Lord Halvir is in charge of the western region of Mela's Bounty.

Personality: Generally friendly and polite, he rarely reveals significant emotion to even the most amazing tales. Instead, he generally just keeps a mask of pleasantness regardless.

=== Lord Kaltzu ===

Dragonlord of Fenneldale

Description: An old man, Lord Kaltzu bears clear marks of his Earth-Aspected breeding in his dark hair, dusky skin, and deep brown eyes. Walking unarmoured, he keeps his head shaved in the immaculate tradition, although his bushy beard covers his face and a single ponytail hangs back.

Position: Lord of Fenneldale and a member of Yukong's Council, Lord Kaltzu is in charge of the northern region of Mela's Bounty.

Personality: Brusque and to the point, Lord Kaltzu has little time to waste on diplomatic evasions. He is reputed to be a straight-dealing man, however, and a devout one.

=== Lord Temari ===

Dragonlord of Jocunreach

Description: A younger woman, Temari has few breeding marks, making up for her perceived lack by wearing an astounding amount of red jade. She is always clad head to toe in reinforced plate, bearing prominent images of Hesiesh, and has crossed short daiklaves and bracers clearly displayed.

Position: Lord of Jocunreach and a member of Yukong's Council, Lord Temari is in charge of the eastern region of Mela's Bounty.

Personality: Friendly but short-tempered, Temari is renowned for her frequent fights with her subordinates, and for her equally frequent apologies for those fights. The youngest of the Dragonlords, she often acts as though she needs to prove her capabilities, rather than assuming that she deserves her position.

=== Lord Cinnabar ===

Dragonlord of Rekenmarsh

Description: A middle-aged and portly Dragon-Blood, Lord Cinnabar has short-cut black hair and deep grey eyes, above which perch his wire-frame spectacles. He wears little display of rank, contenting himself with a jade breastplate and the occasional magical trinket, and has no Breeding-marks to speak of, although his voice is wispy as befits his status as an Air-aspect.

Position: Lord of Rekenmarsh and a member of Yukong's Council, Lord Cinnabar is in charge of the souther region of Mela's Bounty. His is also a sorcerer of some renown.

Personality: Generally reserved and quiet, Lord Cinnabar is efficient and unprepossesing, having a reputation for skill and a low tolerance for idiocy. He does not generally frequent social gatherings, preferring smaller gatherings or solitude.

=== Lord Julia ===

Dragonlord of Mela's Bounty

Description: A middle-aged woman, Julia has the skin of a northerner and ocean-blue hair, which bleeds into her skin along its edges and colours her eyes aquamarine. Small and lithe, she is easily overlooked - unless she decides to take charge, at which point she takes up space far in excess of her physical size.

Position: Lord of Mela's Bounty, a member of Yukong's Council, and his direct lieutenant in the central region of the nation.

Personality: While Julia can be friendly, she often has a harried look about her, as she is a very busy woman who tends not to trust her subordinates to handle tasks of importance. She is also the primary conduit between Yukong and the rest of the nation, leaving her with a great many proclamations made in his stead, and taking the fallout for such proclamations if they are unpopular.

Description: Unknown.

Position: Emperor of the Realm - or at least most of the Blessed Isle.

Personality: Described as "weak and ineffectual".
