Prereqs: Whispers Behind the Eyes

Building off of Whispers Behind the Eyes, this Charm allows a Raksha to open a two-way channel to the mind of an addict. After using Whispers Behind the Eyes to establish the initial connection, the Raksha may make a Charisma + Performance roll at standard difficulty. With 1 success, they learn the target's Nature. With two, they learn that and each of their Virtues. With three, they also learn their Willpower and may read any surface thoughts. With five, they may sift through the addict's memories as though they were so much clay. This roll is only made once, and the cost for it and Whispers Behind the Eyes must be paid again if a better connection is to be established.

This Charm is a work of Glamour, and does not affect targets whose Temperance + Essence is greater than the Raksha's Performance.
