Rania was originally the leader of the ten thousand fangs, a tribe that existed in the far East of Creation, she wasn't the bravest of warriors or the strongest but by far the most cunning. 

It took the taint of the Wyld to cause her tribe to fracture, leaving Rania to roam alone through the Wyld blasted lands. It was during this time she took her second breath with her first prey being her former followers...

=== Post Exaltation ===
Some point after wiping out her tribe a pack of Lunars located Rania in the Wyld, there she lived out wild fantasies where she was the ruler of Creation. The Fair Folk were only too eager to indulge her and played the roles of her loyal subjects. 

It took the intervention of a pack of Lunar Exalted to save Rania from becoming a Chimera and while she remains thankful to them she secretly longs to return to her throne room and rule over her Fae subjects. Or better yet, rule the true Creation!
