Eldmar is a man of 5 foot 10 inches, and of a large build wieghing 15 stones (120ish kg). He has brown eyes, brown shoulder length hair and a neatly trimed beared. He is quiet and introspective, often distracted by the simplest of things such as the patterns of ripples on a pond or the falling of leaves. He has an almost fanatical passion for the Occult and Sorcery, which has got him into trouble many times. He wears expensive clothing, almost always in the highly decorative and colourful style of the Marukani peoples. He has a number of manses, some shared with his circle. One of these contains a vast library of First Age texts including artifact and manse construction, sorcery and the Occult. This manse is gaurded by a variety of traps and a fang of First Age Bronze Legion soldiers.
