Prereqs: Loyal Weapon, Whirlwind Shield Form

Allows the Dynast to make a standard Dexterity + Thrown attack against a ranged attack (either Archery or Thrown) which passes within the range of his weapon. For example, any arrow or hurled weapon which would pass within 20 yards of a chakram bearing Terrestrial may be targeted. This attack is treated as a parry for the purposes of reducing the attack's successes. Despite the name, it may also be used to parry ranged attacks directed at the Dynast themself.

It's kind of a new thing :) I'm just up to Zabuza and the bridge- seeing Haku deflect Zabuza's suriken away from Naruto with his own thrown needles is what inspired this Charm. But yeah- Naruto is getting viewed in the dark of the night now. [[DS]]

A minor quibble, but why the prerequisites stated? It seems much more apt to have the Charm stemming from Vengeful Gust Counterattack, in my own most humble of opinions...DeathBySurfeit
