This charm allows the Exalt to further enhance his affinity with jade, specifically that color of Jade most closely associated with his Aspect. The Exalt reduces the cost of attunement to artifacts made of Jade, paying only half the attunement cost (rounded up). For artifacts of the color of jade he favors, this is rounded down. For artifacts contructed only partially from jade (Dragon Armors, Lightning Torment Hatchets) the Exalt reduces the cost by one mote. This cannot, in any case, reduce the cost of attuning an artifact below one mote.<br />
