Player Characters

Byron Callo: A young Dragon-blooded outcaste whose Dragon-blooded ancestor dates back to the distant ages of the First Age, Byron was never exposed to the Realm. He traveled with his parents in a circus until the circus was ambushed by a force loyal to the Mask of Winters. He witnessed his parents' murder at the hands of Oblivion Bandit and Exalted at that moment. He tried to avenge his parent's death, but Oblivion Bandit simply swatted the inexperienced Exalt aside. He traveled for some time before meeting that Sidereal and mentored in the ways of Terrestrial Exaltation by him. He is not happy about working with Oblivion Bandit, but one must do what one must do. He is Earth Aspected and owns a single reinforced jade buff jacket.

Golden Exalt of Yugash: An Orichalcum Caste Alchemical, the Golden Exalt is unique in that he possesses the soul of Yugash, the founding hero of the same Autochthonian nation. He was created for battle during the Elemental War, serving the nation of Yugash in that conflict. When the debates about breaching the Seal of Eight Divinities began and the plans drawn up for the conquest of creation, he vehemetly disagreed, possessing memories of what Creation was like. There was no need to conquer creation, for there was enough suffering to last eternity, and the Golden Exalt would have no part of it. He gathered the few Sodalts loyal to him and left, taking only his prized grand daiklave, and escaped Autochthonia. He died fighting Unhesitatingly Loyal Weapon, but his followers hope to build a new body for him.

Many years until he disagreed with his commanding officer (a Dragon-Blooded) and was bound and left to die in the desert. It was during the delerium of dehydration and heat exhaustion that the Unconquered Sun chose him. He found his bounds chewed through by mice and had been given a vision of a nearby oasis. There, he was greeted by the spirit of the Oasis, and given an orichalcum staff and directions to safety. The directions brought him to the house of a Sidereal of the Gold faction, who was training a young Dragon-Blooded outcaste. His caste is Dawn.

Oblivion Bandit: Prior to his black Exaltation, Oblivion Bandit was a bandit lord who had a moderately successful empire carved out in the Southeast. He was attacked by a Circle of young Lunars and left for dead when the Mask Of Winters made him an offer he couldn't refuse. He exalted as a Dusk Caste, and took the name Oblivion Bandit. In his five years service to the Mask of Winters, he is responsible for the slaughter of several Guild caravans (along with his fellow Abyssals). He killed Byron Callo's parents and toyed with the young outcaste, and left him alive as a cruelty. Then the Mask of Winters moved on Thorns and conquered the city. There were things done there that unsettled Oblivion Bandit, and he fled the Mask of Winter's camps, escaping only with his daiklave. The Gold faction of Sidereals quickly recruited him and hid him from the Mask of Winters. He likes sake, often filching the good stuff from the Old Master's wine cellar.

He has been nominally put in charge of the raids and scouting parties that the nation of Yugash has been sending to Creation, largely because the Tripartite thought he could do the least harm there.

Kyiagero: A barbarian boy about 16 years old who was saved by the Circle from capture by the Locust Crusaders. He exalted as a Zenith Caste Solar. The old master is currently teaching him about the ways of the Solars.

Sijuan Marfa: Nobody's quite sure just how old the Old Master is, but the Sidereal has probably been kicking around Creation for longer than any other mortal being. Although he professes to know very little, he is in fact quite knowledgeble about anything one would care to ask him (getting a straight answer out of him is another issue). He is quite capable of doing the errands he sends the Broken Circle out to do by himself, but he considers himself retired from the energies of youth. He only teaches the young now. So his mother had him trained in the ways of a diplomat, relying mostly on his innate skills to simply talk his way out of a battle. His Exaltation as a Solar surprised his mother, and frightened the whole household. Since his mother could not bear to lose her only son, she quickly helped him escape, arming him only with a dagger and a buff jacket, she sent young Sunaji on a quest to discover how to clense himself of the Anathema taint. Sunaji generally hangs around the Old Master's place for the truly ancient sake the Sidereal keeps in his wine cellar. He is an Eclipse, and a drunkard.

+<B>Golden Exalt of Yugash[[Darzoni/CampaignOldCharacters/B]]>:  An Orichalcum Caste Alchemical, the Golden Exalt is unique in that he possesses the soul of Yugash, the founding hero of the same Autochthonian nation.  He was created for battle during the Elemental War, serving the nation of Yugash in that conflict.  When the debates about breaching the Seal of Eight Divinities began and the plans drawn up for the conquest of creation, he vehemetly disagreed, possessing memories of what Creation was like.  There was no need to conquer creation, for there was enough suffering to last eternity, and the Golden Exalt would have no part of it.  He gathered the few Sodalts loyal to him and left, taking only his prized grand daiklave, and escaped Autochthonia.  He died fighting Unhesitatingly Loyal Weapon, but his followers hope to build a new body for him.
