−	I would suggest that regarding Painting in Tar, a willpower either a) gives an automatic success (for a single roll or topic of conversation) or b) lets you reroll and add successes... Otherwise, since there are no target limitations, it becomes trivially easy for an infernal using die-stealers and channelling and such to make just about anyone ignored by just about everyone else, unless they can somehow break the charm with other effects. <br> -- [[~~Darloth~~]]
