<b><i>History</i></b><br>

Crimson Voice was born to the Three Owl Tribe.  Third child of four she was older then her twin brother by mere moments.  The birth of strong, healthy twins was taken as an omen of good fortune and contrary to usual they were both named immediently.  She was a rambunctious, playful child but nonetheless learned and excelled at the many tasks a barbarian must do.

She spent time with the shamen, bugging him and being a nuisance.  He however saw potential in her and taught her to read and write.  She learned but didn't really have the drive to be a shamen.  Storytelling and the songs and dances of her people interested her much more.  By the time she was 18 she had learned most of the sonds and was respected as a great warrior and bard.

+

She was returning from leading a raiding party to attack a village.  The city of Greyfalls had decided to deal with the raiders in a permanent way and sent out their own troops to kill them.  Ambushed she and her party fought bravely.  As her companions dropped she vowed to herself to win no matter the odds.  It was then Luna exalted her for her indomitable spirit.  Strengthed by this she lead her party to victory and went home.  She was 20 at the time.

Returning to the tribe she challenged the Chieftan for his place and won, becoming the Chief.  She enjoyed her position for a while but soon things turned downhill.  Greyfalls was not going to let this defeat go so easily.  A great army was raised and she was forced to take her tribe and flee east.

Her twin brother was the apprentice to the Shamen.  He was always jealous of his sisters popularity and physical adeptness.  Becoming shamen though was enough to keep him content though.  For a while all was fine.  Then Crimson Voice exalted.  This was too much for him.  All he had worked for was nothing compared to what she was.  She was a god and he, but an apprentice shamen.

He left in shame.  Wandering north he sought to die in the cold north.  Fate and the Lover Clad in a Raiment of Tears had another plan.  She saw in him the potential for greatness.  As he lay, freezing to death in the cold, she came to him and offered him power beyond his sister.  Power beyond all the gods and spirits he had learned of.  He accepted and was reborn as a Daybreak.

He still nurses a great hatred for his sister and has recently finished his training.

+

A small kingdom was in her path of retreat and she thought it would be easy pickings and that her people would settle there.  She met her match though on the battlefield.  Darus was also an exalt.  Her husband from the first age.  They battled for a long time but he won and spared her.  His words were inspiring and she came to think he could create a better world.  To raise up the world without civilization corrupting it as it had in the first age.

She spent 6 months in his place learning of his people while he stayed with hers.  She picked up politics of the city quite well and can rule admirably while he is gone.  They have a very trusting, respectful, and caring relationship, even if they aren't in love yet.  They did however, fall in love.  Many things have passed since then, and they have only grown closer and stronger together.  She has stood with him in his works and wars, helping him and supporting him.  Now she is pregnant, and they grow closer in their love even more.

<b><i>Description</i></b><br>

+

Crimson-Voice is a young athletic woman with bright red hair.  A slim face beauifully frames emeraled green eyes that twinkle when she smiles.  Her hair is short and wavey but helps to bring out her eyes and she has started to grow it out.  When she smiles it is always more of a half smile, slightly teasing, slightly hinting that she is in on a joke that you really should know about.  She looks slightly younger then her 21 years, and people who guess her age are generally quite close to it.

If one were to concentrate on her face you would miss a lot about her.  Her silent steps and quiet smile make her seem a little like a predator.  A predator that has found its prey without its prey ever knowing it was being hunted.  When she moves her head doesn't bob showing herself to be a very competant martial artist which only adds to her feral, dangerous aura.

Crimson Voice is generally direct and to the point in her conversations when its important to be so.  Sometimes blunt she nonetheless manages to not offend anyone.  If she has something of worth to tell you, she will tell you.  This directness hides a cunning, tricksome mind which can mince words and subtley spar with the best of nobles.  While being direct that doesn't mean she is necessarily honest or telling the whole truth.  If things are not important to make sure a clear message is sent across she likes to play a bit with words.  As with all things to her even talking can be a game.

A few of her favoured pastimes are fighting, sex and storytelling.  Her stories are generally twofold.  An obvious story and a subtle lesson hidden in it.  She generally sticks to the wolf hide clothing from her barbarian tribe.  Though many wouldn't know it, she has more jewels then most noblewomen that she gained from her time as a barbarian raider, and as with many of her people, can array herself in a surprising amount of jewelery for finery.  She does this to seem exotic in his court and put people off a bit.  She still dresses in silk and dresses occaisonally to keep people from getting to used to one outfit.
