A fae attacking with this charm attacks with the force of a rushing wave. Her opponent physically feels the onslaught of a mighty, invisible breaker. The fae attacks normally using any combat skill and may add up to her essence in extra dice of bashing damage (after soak, and it works even if the fae only does an auto-die of damage). However, all of the dice added using this charm do bashing damage, regardless of whether the attack was made with a lethal weapon.

Qingu attacks Allad the Solar with his sword and this charm, and Allad’s armor soaks all the damage but an autodie, Qingu rolls the autodie for lethal damage, spends 14 motes and rolls 7 additional dice for bashing damage. If the opponent takes significant damage with this attack he will be flung through the air as if tossed by a wave.

This charm will not work if the successful attack is too weak to produce an autodie, such as weak attacks against Solars using Incomparable Body Armor.
