That seems like it unbalances the feel of the "Solars search to reclaim the lost age" theme of the game, especially as it's  fairly simple for a starting character to have this charm. Now, one that means you don't need ''tools'' to do your research, such as occult paper, essence compasses, rare sea salt, etc, that's reasonable.
