These count against normal die-adder limits. No more characters can gain this charm's benefits than the sum of the Brawl scores of all the characters who possess Sea of Righteous Fists.<br />

The undisciplined combat style encouraged by this charm does not interact well with the Immaculate Martial Arts, so knowledge of it was suppressed after the establishment of the Scarlet Dynasty.
