When uncharged with essence, this weapon appears to simply be a elaborlatly carved wand of ebony. Once charged, its user may reflexivly extend<br />
and retract spikes of blue and black jade from the ends of the wand. <br />
Along with the pain from being struck with this weapon, players must make a reflexive stamina + resistance roll (difficulty 2). On a success<br />
nothing happens. A failed roll causes the characters eyes to fill with tears and make vision blurred (adding a +1 difficulty to all actions <br />
involving sight). Botching the roll causes the characters blood to thin and flow from all open wounds (characters bleed 1L per round for 10 -<br />
stamina + resistance rounds) <br />
After striking its victim and inflicting its force upon them, the weapon dissapears and reappears in it's owner's hand.</div>
