Valeria, the Heart of Many Desires and Matriarch of the Coral Household of the West, once thought it to be a good idea to bear a child that she could send into Creation. She did this, and Starlight was born. Valeria raised her son...daughter...whatever well, and he grew up loving her mother deeply. Eventually, though, she had to leave the nest and go out into Creation, and Valeria had this spell crafted to allow her a way to keep an eye on her dear child.
