I have to agree that the Breeding cap feels rather arbitrary and unnecessary. Breeding 5 is cool and all, but a) it's useless until the kids exalt and b) it can bring on a host of problems, such as scorn from kids with less noble blood, or unrealistic expectations from teachers and family. It's easily to balance and it can be a great plot device, beyond the rules benefit. [[Resplendence]]<br />
