== A Public Service Announcement ==

A slightly swaying Joshi sits on a bar stool. The room is dark save for a single overhead light casting the rest of the room into shadow. 

"Hi. I'm Joshi from the superstar band WA HA HA. You may remember us for such catchy tunes as 'You are the Scarlet Empress of my Heart' or from such memorable concerts as the Gethemane Jihad of '76. But today I'm here to talk about a more serious matter.

"There is a plague spreading across Creation. One that if it not stopped, could potentially ruin the lives of millions.

"This plague...is watered-down booze."

His voice takes on a tone of urgent pleading, casting a look full of pent-up emotion to the camera. 

"In Nexus alone, over a hundred thousand people, mortals and Exalts alike, have been denied their gods-given right to get truly and straight up head-in-the-gutter blitzed for some cheap bartendin' bastard's bottom line. But I say NO MORE!"

He leaps up and begins gesticulating wildly, looking like a televangelist on crystal meth. 

"But I say if we work together, friends, we can ERASE this plague from our world! STAND UP and say WE'RE SOBER AS HELL AND WE WON'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"

The camera fades to black, and white lettering appears as the sound of a struggle is heard in the background:
