Even with the smallest scraps of information the Viziers can quickly deduce the character of a criminal. When interacting with someone or analyzing a scene the Sidereal can roll Perception + Investigation at a difficulty of the targets (Manipulation + Socialize)/2. Success means that the Sidereal can name a Attribute, Ability or Background trait of the targets they want to know the value of. If used to analyze a situation such as at a crime scene the roll is at a difficulty of the targets (Dexterity + Larceny)/2.

What are lies but the attempt of one to keep the truth a secret? It is no surprise then that the Viziers can easily deduce when one is lying. Anytime someone intentionally lies to her or uses half-truths the Sidereal can tell though she can not tell what part of a half-truth statement is true.

Essence sparkling in her eyes those unsaid words are like bold phrases written across the liers lips. When the Sidereal uses Hearing Unsaid Words Method she can spend a point of willpower. If she does so when someone tells a lie or half truth to the Sidereal she knows the truthful answer that the other doesn't say. Only by not talking can one keep them from knowing the truth. As an additional benifit whenever the Sidereal uses Hearing Unsaid Words Method she can add her Essence as automatic successes to any roll which contests that charm or this charm.

Jupiter may be in charge of ensuring that things are only learned at the right time but she is still by her nature a secretive diety who will keep as much to herself as she can. The Vizier's lay her seal when they wish for things to not become known. When used this charm prevents anyone from learning anything during a scene that they did not allready know. No one can tell who is telling truth or lies. No one can penetrate a disguise or discover who is using what charms. They will not not be able to connect people in the scene with events outside of the scene. So if the Sidereal murders someone in cold blood in front of 100 witnesses they won't be able to connect her to that crime after the scene is over. For contested rolls add the sidereals Essence + House of Secrets ratings as automatic successes.

The Chosen of Jupiter were flawless aids to the other Exalted in the first age. With their help did the secrets of sorcery and the world become known. When a Sidereal is aiding another in sorcery research or artifact creation reduce the time between rolls to 150 hours and a month respectively. This does not help when the Sidereal is the primary researcher herself unless she is working with another Sidereal even if they do not have this charm.

There is no truer a secret then that which you must learn from the very start to learn the whole of. When researching constructing an artifact this charm increases the amount of successes that can come from pure design. The Sidereal does not need to do experimentation anymore and can do pure research for the full half of the successes needed before construction. She must committ 4m for the entire project to make this work and can use this when assissting another in artifact design.

From the smallest cracked twig to the most brazen trail a Sidereal can detect the efforts of those who want to keep their escapes secret and follow them. This lets the Sidereal engage in Supernatural tracking. If a charm would cause the Vizier to automatically fail in their tracking this charm causes a charm contest roll. The Sidereal adds her Essence in dice to such a roll.
