The Lunar's form and words become sleek and elegant - his words are soft but hit the ear with gentle persistence, his glance is gentle but demands attention. This Charm allows the Lunar to boost his Manipulation at the cost of 4 motes per dot, to a maximum of his Essence or Socialize, whichever is less. The increased Attribute counts as natural for the dice-adder limits of Lunar charms. 
This is a Transformation Charm of the Alpha Totem.

The Lunar briefly gifts off subtle hints of scent and alters his stance in a fashion designed to play to the baser instincts of a subject. The Lunar may purchase additional dice, up to his Manipulation, for use in a single social interaction against a single target. Generally, this is seduction-based, but it can also be used to engender trust for a lie, or to portray honest to earn the confidence of another.

Angler's Halo Allure
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Indfefinite
Type: Simple (Transformation)
Minimum Socialize: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Ideal Mate's Smile and Scent, Attention Demanding Presence.

The Lunar gives off gentle waves of scent and posture that indicate, to all onlookers, that this is where the center of the soiree is - that this person is and will be the most interesting and socially-noteworthy person at the gala, and that this masked visitor is the one they would so like to dance with. This effect essentially causes all creatures with Essence lower than the Lunar's - be they beast, god, Exalt, or mortal - to gravitate towards the Lunar in a peaceful social setting. They do not necessarily rush to his side but they will form a crowd at a respectful distance, and while it gives no particular benefit to social rolls it does ensure that onlookers will likely assume that the Lunar is in some position of grace or authority, likely decreasing the difficulty of presenting a new idea to an audience. ('The charming fellow at the salon suggested that this tax hike would lead to a rebellion'). The Charm's effects do not work on targets aware of what the Lunar is doing (Most Lunars with Tutelage, for example), and subjects may expend a point of temporary Willpower to ignore the Lunar for the rest of the scene. 
This is a Transformation Charm of the Alpha Totem. It has no effect in combat.

Suggestion of Fertile Prospects

Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Socialize: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Emotion-Shaping Technique, Ideal Mate's Smile and Scent

The Lunar makes a suggestion to a single subject in regards to a third party, bolstering the suggestion with a gentle touch of Essence that fulfils one of the primary First Age rolls of the Lunar Exalts - getting two subjects to discuss amicably. The Lunar rolls Manipulation + Socialize against a difficulty of the subject's Essence, with a possible difficulty modifier based on how well the two parties get along (Getting Mnemon and the Mask of Winters to speak, for example...). If successful, the subject will move to contact the other about the desired subject with relative haste. This can be used to suggest alliances, promote marriages, incite affairs - regardless of the subject, the target will consider the suggestion as a reasonable one coming from a trusted comrade.

Type: Simple
Minimum Socialize: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Emotion-Shaping Technique, Ideal Mate's Smile and Scent

The Lunar makes a suggestion to a single subject in regards to a third party, bolstering the suggestion with a gentle touch of Essence - but this flow is negative - the Lunar asserts a reason for which the subject and the third party cannot or should not cooperate. The Lunar rolls Manipulation + Socialize against a difficulty of the subject's Essence, with a possible difficulty modifier based on how well the two parties get along (Getting Swan to betray Arianna, for example...) If successful, the target will move to break off discussions or actions in regards to the subject with relative haste. This can be used to prevent alliances, cancel marriages, end affairs - regardless of the subject, the target will consider the suggestion as a reasonable one coming from a trusted confidante.
