Everyone in a cone out to close range of you (generally this hits enemies in close range and not allies, but if for some reason you/your allies are stuck in between two groups of enemies there’s a tradeoff between hitting both enemies and not hitting allies). Everyone in the mist must roll to resist a one-time environmental hazard at difficulty (Sagacity) and damage (Essence) health levels. The mist lasts for (Sagacity) rounds, imposing a -3 penalty to attempts to see things through the mist.&lt;br /&gt;
    Sorcery (Breath of Mela): Everyone who fails suffers a -3 penalty to all actions for a number of rounds equal to the number of successes they fail by, not stacking with the penalty to vision.&lt;br /&gt;
