In order to attack, he rolls Lore+Martial Arts, and his dodges are Lore+Dodge. He fights backed equally by knowledge of all sorts and the precice movements of his Martial Arts training. Irulan is of average strength, but his presence of mind is such that he can see and exploit each opponent's unique weak points at a glance, shattering weak links in armor and flesh alike.

San's chosen Style Weapons are claws of living fire. When he finally learns Ascendent Mastery Form, he chooses Survival as his primary ability and medicine as his damage ability. In order to attack or parry he rolls Survival+Martial Arts, and his dodges are Survival+Dodge. He fights like a Tiger-- strong and confident while driven equally by instinct and the katas of his Martial Arts Training. Though young and not strong, San's strikes are placed to hamstring opponents and open arteries, his raw damage is equal to his Weapon Damage plus his Medicine.
