So yeah, I'm terrible at organization and balancing mote costs and Artifact ratings so please feel free to comment and suggest.

Chakra Tattoos

Made of a combination of White Jade and any of the other magical materials, these tattoos allow their users to give their virtue channels alternate effects. Different materials correspond with different virtues and are placed on the centers of their respective virtue (with the exception of Valor; no-one wants molten orichalcum on their genitals).

There are three different types of tattoo:
*Terrestrial: The only kind that can be used by mortals and Dragon-Blooded.
**Compassion (Green Jade): Heal up to (Compassion) levels of bashing damage or (Compassion/2, round down) levels of lethal damage.
**Conviction (Black Jade): All attacks gain the piercing tag until next action; if an attack already has that tag, reduce the target's soak by (Conviction) as well.
**Temperance (Blue Jade): All attacks get +(Temperance) Accuracy and +(Temperance) Rate until next action.
**Valor (Red Jade): All attacks get +(Valor) Damage until next action.
*Celestial: Usable by Solars, Lunars, Siderials, and Abyssals
**Compassion (Moonsilver): Increases all DVs and MDVs by (Compassion) until next action.
**Conviction (Soulsteel): Adds (Conviction) automatic successes to all attack rolls until next action.
**Temperance (Starmetal): Reduces the cost of Combos and Spells by (Temperance) motes, to a minimum of one.
**Valor (Orichalcum): Tens count as two successes on damage rolls until next action.
*Hybrid: Allows use of either the Terrestrial or Celestial effects.
