I tend to make individualized weapons for each of my characters. This one is for my lunar in an upcoming game (the same character [[Charms/AlecAustinStormDragonStyle]] was written for).

Forged of protean moonsilver, the weapons known as Brilliant Ice changes its form in response to its wielder's desires, shifting from spear to lance to seven section staff to an easily concealed bracelet of moonsilver from which a knife can be extended. In addition to changing its form (once per turn, at most), the wielder of Brilliant Ice may choose to exchange the magical material bonus of the weapon (+2 accuracy) for either +2 defense, +6 initiative, or +1 damage. Once fixed, the material bonus's effects cannot be changed until the next scene change.

Forged in the underworld at the behest of an unknown Deathlord, the Flute of the Broken World is three feet long and made of grey-black soulsteel. Its stops are wrought in the shape of human faces, which moan softly when they are pressed down. In addition to being a fearsome weapon that can be concealed without much difficulty, the flute adds 3 dice to all Performance rolls made with it, as its haunting sounds send chills down the spines of listeners.

But when the flute's true power is unleashed, the earth breaks and buildings crumble. By spending 3 motes, the flute's wielder can play a melody that destroys the world around them. As long as they continue playing, they may inflict 3 levels of damage a round on a single inanimate object of their choice within 20 yards that is not made of the five magical materials, bypassing any and all soak. This damage manifests itself as the passage of time, only vastly accelerated, making platters of food rot away and statues crumble into dust. Whisper of Darkest Evenfall, an Abyssal Exalted of the Midnight Caste, is the flute's current wielder, and he uses its powers in Creation to demonstrate the vanity of life and the transience of all things.

The flute might be a bit undercosted, but I think it's more or less reasonable. It's certainly not Floating Silver Dream.
