This subtle Charm takes advantage of the Deception Recognition Module and utilizes its capabilities to further the Alchemical’s aptitude for deceit and misdirection. Tiny chemical ports scattered across the exalt’s face secrete a biochemical cocktail that suggests either truth or falsehood, while a network of wires threaded throughout the Alchemical’s throat create vibrations that insinuate the same notions. <br />
<br />
Upon activation of this Charm, the Alchemical adds automatic successes equal to (her Essence minus the Essence of her target) to all rolls made to lie convincingly. This includes telling half-truths, lying by omission, or other forms of deceit aside from outright lying. Targets of equal or greater Essence are unaffected. In addition, due to the close link this Charm shares with the Deception Recognition Module, the character may cause that Charm to come up with whatever reading she so chooses. Finally, this Charm allows the Alchemical to add a similar number of automatic successes to any roll made to convince a target that she is lying. <br />
