== The Starmetal Patrol ==

Ah, the Starmetal Patrol.

They were inspired by Macintyre and Appledelhi, two very minor characters from Cowboy Bebop (episode 24, "Hard Luck Woman"). Their sole purpose is to drive around in their aerial skiff (piloted by the Chosen of Journeys) and look for starmetal (predicted by the Chosen of Endings) while subtly revealing elements of the plot to the hapless PCs. I kind of like them.

=== Description ===

Unfettered Eagle, Chosen of Journeys is blond-haired and amber-eyed with pale skin tanned golden by the sun. Following the general theme of yellow, he wears khaki-colored loose pants, light sandals, and a long white coat over a bare chest. He also wears a golden circlet on his head at a rakish angle. He generally smiles and laughs a lot, showing his teeth.

Triumphant Raven, Chosen of Endings is dark-haired with olive skin. His eyes are purple, often hidden the goggles he keeps perched on his head. He wears a dark coat with almost-invisible purple embroidery all over it, and he wears several belts around his waist and across his chest that serve as carrying cases for his equipment. He always carries an astrolabe with him, and he has a telescope strapped across his back that can double as a weapon if he needs it. His shirt and pants are black and plain, and he wears leather boots. His smile is a bit darker, as if he somehow knows things he isn't telling anyone else.

Eagle is adventurous and brave, proclaiming loudly that he isn't afraid of anything. Raven is quieter, spending most of his time studying his charts and calculations rather than talking. They appear to be good friends, and they have a complicated system of body language that they use to talk privately.
