The effortless superiority by which the Abyssal carries herself becomes impossible to ignore. The Exalt merely needs to enter the room and all heads will turn, drawn to her by a terrible pull that is dread and allure in equal measures. Any person beholding the Abyssal during this scene will feel the Exalt's cold aura of command washing over him, snuffing out all thoughts of disobedience. Each turn the character may take a single Presence action which is not rolled, but affects all onlookers with successes equal to her Permament Essence. This action may be used to intimidate or inspire obedience however the Exalt prefers, but like all Abyssal Presence Charms, it does not win her friends. This Charm has no effect on characters with higher Permament Essence than the Exalt's.

There is nothing as terrible as the scorn of a dark tyrant. With an imperious glance and a scathing command, the Abyssal rebuffs her foe with a pang of fear of such intensity that the victim has no choice but to stand paralyzed for a split second, his intentions snuffed from his mind like a candle in a howling gale. Using this Charm, the Abyssal may deny a single dice action from the target. The action is cancelled and the dice action fueling it is lost, but the victim need not pay the costs for any Charms which he had intended to use alongside with the action. Courage-Snuffing Denial must be activated immediately after the targetted dice action has been declared. This Charm has no effect on targets with Permament Essence higher than the Abyssal's.
