Although it is mostly in the purview of the Solar Exalted to more efficently drive a bureaucracy in a given direction, their dark cousins the Abyssals are not without a need of such institutions at time. Even when aiding such entities, however, their methods are far from the most pleasant.<br />
<br />
The Incentive Driving Blow must be used in conjunction with an attack. If that attack successfully kills a member of a bureaucracy, the bureau will process whatever order the Abyssal has request consideribly faster- divide the time it would normally take by their Permanent Essence. The Incentive Driving Blow may be part of a combo with other Abilities.</div>Willows
