The Abyssal channels powerful entropic essence into their bones. They transform becoming only partially material within, leaving viscera hanging in the mist filled bag of flesh that their body has become. Their lack of rigid bones allows them to bend and contort in utterly inhuman ways. The difficulty of any Athletics roll requiring flexibility is lowered by 3. Should it be lowered below a difficulty of 1, they automatically succeed. As a bonus, the difficulty to clinch them is raised by 2.

Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Min. Athletics: 5
Min. Essence: 3
Prereqs: Shadow Races the Light, Flickering Wisp Technique
A skilled Abyssal can disappear in a flicker to appear nearby. The Abyssal who has mastered this Charm can do so many times, moving faster than any mere mortal could dream to travel. For every 2 motes beyond the base cost, the Abyssal can add another multiplier beyond two to their speed (times 2 at 4 motes, times 3 at 6, 4 at 8, etc...) up to the limit of their Essence. The Abyssal is free to act as they wish. The Abyssal does not tire, as they are actually barely moving and traversing the distance in a flickering so quick as to seem almost non-existant.

Is the cost of Steps Without Movement 4+ or 5+? I ask because it says 4 at the top but 5 in the text.
