The Ethereal Exalted still retain some of Azures Breath with in them. They cannot freely combo any charm from any caste as before but they can they can temporarily create “on the fly” combos of charms that are based on the primary aspects of the caste they are using at high cost to them. 

By spending a willpower point and taking one unsoakable bashing level per charm combo’d along with the cost of the charms they are activating.

At their height the Ethereal exalted flew through the skies and commanded the winds as the lesser elemental dragons do today. Now in their broken state their influence is even lesser than the lowliest elemental. Their birthright gives them some very minor powers that manifest as they grow in power. Each shard was forged out of the very wind it self. Even though their power is greatly diminished there is still a constant minor breeze about them. From the breeze you can tell which wind their power comes from. Shards forged from the Western winds are always humid and smell of the sea. Exaltations from the Northern winds are cool and frosty. Southern winds are warm. Eastern winds smell of the forest and blows leaves that were never there. As an Ethereal exalted advances their power and gains more essence they unlock special abilities that come from deep in their soul.

This ability cannot be dispelled by any power less than a primordial.

I hope you will get to know well... anyway, to business. I have an idea for a new type of exalted, they will be the social help focused from the exalted, they were the exalted of Cytherea, the mother of Creation. as opposed to Gaia, the very elements which create Creation, Cytherea has the society and harmony as her domain.

those exalted were mimicked in the Primordial War but were weaker as she didn't fully understand the mechanics of the exaltation. she was in the later stage of the war with skepticism about the primordials side in the war, thinking that it is a better way of Creation to be controlled until she died. And at this time she was angry with herself and the gods because she understood that the world will destroy itself that way, but, unlike her kin, didn't curse the exalted and the gods, as she didn't want her exalted to get hurt as well.

their power is between celestial and terrestrial, as they weren't as good and perfect as Autochthon's exalted, but they had her power directly, not like the terrestrials, who has the power through The Elemental Dragons.

They focus on society, harmony, and interactions.

They have 4 castes, each for every Virtue. maybe changes will be added.

They have not a magical material, as one of the consequences of her exaltation not to be completed.

I think that the corrupted version of them will be the version that the Yozi could grasp, becoming more infernal.
